In 1995 DTZ Global establishes a presence in Africa by granting Leadenhall the exclusive rights to operate using the prestigious DTZ name and trademark in Sub-Saharan Africa . Leadenhall changes its name to DTZ Leadenhall (Pty) Limited. DTZ Leadenhall is the first firm of its kind in Africa to affiliate with an International global corporate service provider - pioneering the delivery of world class real estate advisory services in Sub-Saharan Africa. In 2004 DTZ Leadenhall Nigeria is established with our partner Ben Azi .
In 2011 UGL acquires DTZ . In 2012 DTZ announces Re-branding DTZ /UGL . In 2014 DTZ announces its disposal to a consortium led by TPG.
In 2015 DTZ Global merges with Cushman & Wakefield (re-branded Cushman & Wakefield) . In 2016 JHI Exellerate Group merge with C&W.

Senior Civil Engineer with 34 years of experience in construction, hydraulic and building works both in rural and urban areas in Chad, Ivory Coast, Cameroon and Senegal. Chartered Expert by the Appeal Court of N’djamena. Bsc in Civil Engineering , Msc in Construction and PhD from KNUST. He is an active member of the Tchadian Association ARCHE (Action, Research and Concertation for Housing and Environment).
